An exciting opportunity is now open at Cois Céim Childcare Centre for a Full time Childcare Worker position available 40 hours per week.
Start date: Immediate
Cois Céim Childcare Centre is a well established community childcare facility in Lisdoonvarna, North Clare, providing a range of childcare services with a focus on child-centred learning and development in a fun environment. Cois Ceim is celebrating 15 years of successful operation since 2008 and is committed to providing an early care and education service of the highest standard. Trained, motivated and friendly staff are the cornerstone of our service.
Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum FETAC Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education, or equivalent
- Enthusiastic about supporting young children’s early learning and development
- The ability to build trust and rapport with the children and their parents and guardians
- Experience in delivering behaviour improvement strategies
- The ability to create positive learning environments, including resources which support children’s individual needs and interests
- Ability to run a workspace, delegate and also work as part of a team.
